Print Inventory Information Screen
The Print Inventory Information Screen prints the inventory sorted by different fields and quantities. The reports provided are:
Print Inventory - prints the entire inventory including:
Part Number - the part number for the inventory item.
Description - the description of the inventory item.
Unit Price - the wholesale price that the club pays for the item.
Retail Price - the price the club sells the item for (the amount that is billed to a user's account when the item is sold).
Remaining Inventory - the number of items in stock.
Low Level - the lowest quantity of items before reordering.
Position - a user defined location of the inventory item.
Print Low Quantity Items - print only those items in the inventory that have a quantity on hand of less than the low level quantity.
Print Wholesale Inventory - print the inventory items that are assigned to the Wholesale inventory.
Print Retail Inventory - print the inventory items that are assigned to the Retail inventory.
Print Maintenance Inventory - print the inventory items that are assigned to the Maintenance inventory.
The following fields are provided:
Sort Invnetory Reports by – select the field to sort the reports by.
Submit Button – select the Submit button to print the reports after all entries are made for this screen.
Cancel Button – select the Cancel button to return to the previous screen and cancel any entries on this screen.
The inventory reports are all printed the same, just the sorting order changes. A sample page from the print inventory is included below:
